Black Iron / Carbon Steel is the term given to products made from Mild Steel, not it’s colour.
More robust than aluminium especially when baking at high temperatures. Black Iron Pans should be seasoned before use.
All our pizza pans are sold by the internal base measurement. A 12″ pizza pan will make a 12″ pizza.
